On Tuesday, October 13th, Community Health Center, Inc. hosted the New Jersey Primary Care Association and fourteen health centers from NJ at its Middletown, CT facility to discuss innovation in primary care. Among the visitors present were CEOs, CMOs, and senior health leaders from New Jersey.

Discussions ranged over a variety of topics including financing, collaboration, and the role of health centers providing care to special populations.
