Quality through Collaboration: An Integrated Approach to Improving Health in New Jersey Rural Communities Part Two: Shaping and Sharing Sustainable Solutions

The Office of Primary Care & Rural Health in partnership with the New Jersey Primary Care Association and New Jersey Rural Health Advisory Committee will conduct New Jersey’s 2nd Rural Health Symposium on May 3, 2018.

We are dedicated to providing leadership, partnerships and creating a more positive environment for all. This symposium will feature an on-going understanding of the need to provide appropriate resources, information and quality services into these communities. This program is aimed at networking, building skills and promoting change through innovative education, training and technical assistance.

We invite all stakeholders and partners; including, rural health practitioners, nurses, local health departments, hospitals, FQHC’s, clinics, veteran facilities, lay health workers, social workers, state and federal health employees, academics, community members and all individuals and organizations whom share the common bond and interest in rural social and health issues.

Continuing Education Unit (CEU) Credits will be offered for Nursing, Society for Public Health Education (SOPHE), and Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES).
