Creating and Sustaining a Culture of Service Excellence

Target Audience: All FQHC leaders, managers and supervisors

The quality of customer service in community health care influences the health of both patients and the health center itself, yet in today’s fast-paced and often challenging environment, CHCs often find it difficult to create and maintain a culture of service excellence. This training for FQHC leaders and managers sets the stage for successfully implementing and/or solidifying a culture of service where customer service is an expectation with every interaction.
