 Daniella Foster, Bayer

Bayer announced Daniella Foster as the new head of public affairs and sustainability for the Consumer Health Division, effective Sept. 16. In her new role, Foster will be responsible for the development and execution of the division’s global public affairs and sustainability strategies.

Foster will report to Heiko Schipper, president, Consumer Health and member of Bayer’s board of management, and partner closely with Bayer colleagues and external stakeholders to drive and promote self-care as a global health care approach.

“Daniella’s vast experience in this increasingly important field will serve us well as we look to deliver on our business strategy and further strengthen the positive impact of our business on society,” remarked Schipper. “She has a deep passion for sustainability, and a proven track record of successful partnerships with government authorities and non-governmental organizations around the world.”

Kerri Haltom, One Wall Partners

One Wall Partners, an owner and manager of transit-oriented workforce housing, is pleased to announce that it has hired Kerri Haltom as senior vice president of Property Management for the company’s portfolio, which has grown to more than 3,600 units in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Haltom will oversee the property management division as the company continues to grow through acquisitions.

During the past 25 years, Haltom has cultivated valuable experience across a broad range of functions within the multifamily management sector. She is widely acknowledged as a trusted relationship developer with a commitment to continuous growth, improvement, strategic initiative delivery and knowledge sharing.

Haltom spent 18 years with Home Properties, where, as senior vice president of property management, she developed a new organizational structure for property management operations and empowered a team of 630 property management professionals to exceed company financial goals in a highly collaborative work environment. She executed significant capital improvement plans, and managed operational and financial performance in eight geographic regions, comprising 85 communities and 31,000 market-rate apartment homes. Under the ownership of Lone Star Funds, Haltom oversaw the disposition of all assets.

Dan Johnson, ULI Northern New Jersey

R&J Strategic Communications, a full service integrated marketing and public relations agency, announces that a senior account executive, Dan Johnson, has been appointed to Urban Land Institute Northern New Jersey’s advisory board as PR chair for FY 2020 and 2021. Johnson currently heads R&J’s commercial real estate practice and will work to increase awareness of the chapter’s key research and education initiatives while increasing engagement from members and industry influencers.

Michael Rose, EisnerAmper LLP

EisnerAmper LLP is pleased to announce that Michael Rose has joined the firm as a PRTS partner. He will specialize in enterprise risk management, information technology, regulatory and compliance, internal audit and monitoring, and data governance. In addition, Rose will also be the practice leader for a new service offering related to compliance and monitoring for the Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. transactions.

Ashley Q. Rotchford, Morais Law

Morais Law, a WBENC-certified, woman-owned law firm specializing in U.S. immigration and nationality law, welcomes its newest attorney, Ashley Q. Rotchford, the newest member of the firm’s growing team. In her role as junior partner, she will counsel and partner with clients on a wide range of employment-based immigration matters, both immigrant and nonimmigrant.

Rotchford joins Morais Law following her clerkship for the Hon. Steven J. Polansky at the Camden County Superior Court. A graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law with honors (May 2018), she was a member of the Rubin Public Interest Law Society, a student fellow for the Institute for International Law and Public Policy and an editor for the Temple Law Review while attending school.

Joan Dublin, CEO and president of Metropolitan Family Health Network, was recently elected by the New Jersey Primary Care Association board of directors to the position of board chair. Dublin succeeds Dr. Theresa Berger, who is the CEO and president of Ocean Health Initiatives Inc.

NJPCA represents 23 Federally Qualified Health Centers, also known as Community Health Centers, in New Jersey providing health care services to over half a million people in the state. FQHCs are in every state across the nation. FQHCs are authorized under Section 330(A) of the Public Health Services Act to provide health care to the medically underserved. Many Community Health Centers and their sites are specially designated to serve the needs of special populations, including homeless populations, public housing residents, migrant and seasonal farm workers, veterans and school-aged children.

Sara L. Sapia, Goldberg Segalla

Goldberg Segalla added associate Sara L. Sapia to the firm’s General Liability Group in Newark. Sapia was previously a law clerk to the Hon. Maritza Berdote Byrne for the Morris County Superior Court.

Sapia focuses her practice on counseling and defending clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters from inception through trial. During law school, Sapia was a research intern for the National Center for State Courts, where she conducted literature reviews on civil and criminal protection orders and evidence-based pretrial sentencing practices. She was also a legal intern with the Supreme Court of Virginia and the Office of the Attorney General Civil Litigation and Employment Law Section in Denver.
