Job Description
Metropolitan Family Health Network (MFHN) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides a comprehensive roster of ambulatory health care services. MFHN is dedicated to making high-quality, affordable health care accessible to all residents of Hudson County, particularly those in our underserved communities. Metropolitan Family Health Network (MFHN) is expanding its behavioral health services and is now hiring part-time and full-time MSW/LSW clinical behavioral health therapists. MFHN is looking for either a full-time (35 hrs / week) or part-time (25 hrs / week) person for this postion
Duties include the following:
- Maintain an active caseload of clients, providing individuals, couples and families with ongoing clinical behavioral health counseling, utilizing established evidence-based practices within a 30-45 minute time frame
- Conduct biopsychosocials and develop a comprehensive recovery/treatment plan for patients.
- Maintain ongoing patient documentation in a timely, professional fashion utilizing MFHN’s Electronic Health Record system (eCW)
- Maintain client confidentiality with all patient-related activities, complying with HIPPA and other privacy regulations.
- Other duties as assigned, including light case management services when needed
Clinical supervision with an LCSW is available onsite for appropriate NJ LSWs who are working towards their NJ LCSW license
The appropriate candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment and have experience with servicing adults, children and families of various ethnic, cultural, gender and socioeconomic backgrounds. Strong communication and collaboration skills are needed. Bilingual is a plus.

Pay: From $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 25 per week

Education:
